2013 aastal välja tulnud  neljanda põlvkonna FH on osutunud Volvo jaoks tõeliseks hitiks. Et ka järgmised 7-8 aastat tipus olla, oli vaja väikeseid uuendusi ja just seda on Volvo teinud.

Enamus meie toodetest, mis sobivad pre-facelift mudelile, sobivad ka värskendatud mudelile. Seega leiad enda autole enamlevinud lisavarustuse tooted, nagu näiteks esikandurid, katusekandurid ja stangeäärised.

Facelifted Volvo FH 2020 accessories available.

Volvo launched new FH on 2013. It has been a great success all over the world but after 7 years, it needed some updates. And Volvo has done exactly this – small but effective nip and tuck to keep FH on the level with competitors.

Majority of our products, which fitted to pre facelift FH also fit to facelifted one. Therefore you can find Metec´s traditional items like front lightholders, roof bars and spoilerbars.

Me toodame lumesahkasid pickup’le juba mõned aastad, nüüd oli aeg uuendusteks. Sõltuvalt riikidest on klimaatilised tingimused ja tehnilised nõuded erinevad ja sellest tingituna olema loonud kaks versiooni, üks Põhjamaadele ja teine vähese lumega regioonidele.

Lumesahkade paigaldus ei vaja keevitust, vaid kasutatakse poltliiteid. Saha juhtimine käib läbi Wi-Fi puldi, seega ei ole vaja üleliigseid kaableid kabiini tuua.

D-kujuga sahk on arendatud nii, et see vastab autotootja poolt väljastatud telje koormusele. Lumesahk on kerge, kuigi tera on 2mm paksusega metallist. Just, me kasutame endiselt metalli, mitte plastikut, et tagada pikaajaline vastu pidamine. Tõstefunktsioon on läbi elektrilise aktuaatori. Pööramine on standardvarustuses manuaalne, kuid lisana on saadaval ka pööramine elektrilise aktuaatoriga.

V-kujuga sahk on professionaalseks kasutamiseks paksu lume korral, mis kaalub piisavalt, et lükata ära ka kõige raskem lumi. Hüdraulika süsteem, mida juhitakse samuti Wi-Fi’ga, hoolitseb tõstmise ja pööramise eest.

Lumesaha kinnitused on saadaval Euroopa ja Aasia pickup’le . Nii D- kui V-saha kinnitamiseks on üks universaalne raam, kuid adapterid on autopõhised .

We have manufactured snowplows for pickup trucks for few years now and it was time for a update. As climates are different and also the rules differ by countries, we decided to make two versions – one for Nordic countries and one for countries with light snow.

Both snowplows are installed without any welding, just bolts on to existing openins in the vehicles frame. Unique in the snowplow world is WIFI controller – you do not have to run the cable through the cabin to have the convenience of operating the snowplow inside the cabin.

D – shape plow is developed so, that it meets vehicle manufacturers axle load weight. Therefore it is light but still sturdy with 2mm blade thickness. Yes, we still use metal not plastic but still meet the axle load laws. Lift via DC actuator, turning is manual as standard. But turning can also be upgraded to DC actuator.

V – shape is for professional use in heavy snow. Weights enough to push through even the heaviest snow. Hydraulic systems take care of the lift and turning.

Snowplows for pickup trucks adapters are available for majority of European and Japanese pickup-trucks which are currently in production or a generation old.

Both units use the same connection frame and adapterkits. Frame is universal, adapter is modelspecific.

METEC history started manufacturing various wheelcovers. Within 25 years, we have reached to the top of the vehicle by introducing roof racks to the public. Adding roof racks into our product range we can offer pretty much all the functional exterior accessories you need for the VAN – aluminium skid plates and stainless steel bumper plates, rear ladders with clamp fitment, several frontal bars including EC-approved Eurobars, different side and rear steps etc.

Our roof racks are manufactured from stainless steel that gives much more rigidity compared to the aluminium while being just as light. They come as modular units and are packed into small carton boxes – delivery of products is affordable and secure. Surface finish is very unique, same as medical industry products – electropolished + shot blasted – creating medical-grade and high-end look.

Iveco Sway AT cab has new roofbar. To be honest, it is old bar in our lineup. It is actually bar which was designed for Iveco Stralis but it also fits perfectly to Sway AT cab.

It is quite common that the trucks look completely different if you compare new generation to old generation. But the roofs usually stay the same over generations. But as the saying goes, “if product has nothing wrong, there is no need to fix it”.

Here are all Iveco Sway products and here is roofbar for the AT cab.

We have manufactured bullbars for trucks over 20 years. Over 5 years we also have offered bullbars with net. Now is time for a change. Thus happy to introduce first bullbar with painted net.

As MAN just launched new TGX, it was perfect vehicle to introduce Metec´s new concept.

We have also changed the net for thicker wire to give escpecially muscular look for the bullbar. Our net is still made from stainless steel therefore lifetime warranty against corrosion. Bullbar contours have still mirror polish so giving perfect contrast between polished details and black net.

If the net gets hit by a solid object, there will be no damage to the vehicle. Even if the net gets damaged, you just can replace the net – net consists of 6 parts. But most importantly, there will be no downtime for the truck and therefore no loss of turnover.

As usual with METEC, product has neccessary certificate to make it legal all over the Europe.

2018 aasta lõpus sõlmisime lepingu hea koostööpartner Scaniaga, et varustada Hollandi sõjaväe veokeid esikaitse süsteemidega. Lepingu raames tarnitakse hollandlastele kokku üle 2000 veoki.  Meil on hea meel, et oleme saanud osaleda selles projektis juba alates arendusetapist. Koostöös Scania töötajatega arendasid meie insenerid esiraua koos sinna juurde kuuluva astmega. Eesmärgiks oli võimalikult tugev ning kaitsev esisüsteem,  mis oleks samas piisavalt kerge, et tagada madal kütusekulu. Pärast mitmete protüüpide valmistamist ja peenviimistlust, oleme saavutatud tulemusega rahul nii ise ning rahul on ka meie koostööpartner Scania. Nii astmed, kui ka kaitserauad valmivad meie kaasaegses tehases Tartus.

At the end of 2018, the keys of the first Scania Gryphus trucks were handed to Dutch army. Over 2000 vehicles will be delivered to the Dutch Ministry of Defense. Metec is proud to be a member of Scania supply chain as vehicles physical protection systems provider and was involved in the bullbar and the foldable step project since development phase. In great cooperation between Scania and Metec engineers, we can admit that each of the smallest details are tought through and multiple prototyping rounds are results of the products which are as strong as possible for protecting truck and as low weight as possible for low fuel consumption. Metec manufactures both products at its own modern factory in Tartu, Estonia.

Kuna Lazer tuled on populaarsed ja kasutuses kogu euroopas, kasutame nüüd ka meie sertifitseeritud Lazer Linear 18 tulesid enda toodetes. Lazer tuledega kandureid pakume järgmiste automarkide ja -mudelite jaoks: Mercedes-Benz Actros (GIGA katus, BIG katus) Volvo FH (Globetrotter XL, Globetrotter), Scania R, S, G ja P (madal katus ja tavaline, kõrge katus). Varsti saadaval ka uuele MAN TGX-ile.

Miks valida see toode traditsioonilise valgusriba asemel? Heaks põhjuseks on keskkonnasäästlikus. Selle toote kasutamine muudab kütusekulu minimaalselt, kuna on palju aerodünaamilisem. We have had roofbars with integrated LED´s for some time now in our lineup. Now we have developed further the concept and reached to the next mark – integrating Lazer lights to the product. Lazer lights are popular and well know all over Europe and this was the reason to change to Lazer Linear 18. Lights also have all the necessary E markings.

We have this product for following makes and models – Mercedes-Benz Actros (Giga roof, Big roof) Volvo FH (Globetrotter XL, Globetrotter), Scania R, S, G and P (low roof and normal, high roof). Coming also soon to new MAN TGX.

Why choose this product over traditional lightbar? Simply due to environment. Using this product will make minimal difference to fuel consumption due to the fact, that these are much more aerodynamic. And of course, these look different and much sleeker on the cab. Giving distinctive look to your vehicle but the same lightning power as with traditional lights.

Lampholders, Taylor and City, are now available for new MAN TGX. Taylor lampholder has been in our lineup already 7 years (since Volvo FH4 launch). For both models, we have 3 different versions – simple plain unit, with marker LED´s and with beacons.

As always, you can use Taylor lampholder in 3 different ways – upper bar turned upwards, upper bar turned downwards and upper bar not fitted at all.

First we launched Wing bullbar for Volvo FH, now we bring to the market Wing version for Scania XT.

Bullbar is manufacture from 76mm tubes, compatible with radar system and also towing eye. Owner can also use Scania´s original step. There are also 2 fixed light holders on the lowest bar, but additional openings for LED racks – all possible light option available from our stock.

Quick fitment – just 60min (without electrical connection when you want to add lights).

It fits to S, R, G and P versions of XT.

Oleme turule toonud täiesti uue ning ainulaadse disainiga rammraua veokitele. Esimene auto, mis sellise raua saab,, on Volvo FH.

Võrreldes meie varasemate rammraudadega on kujundus täiesti uus, kuid kinnitus auto külge on isegi tugevam ning kindlam. Põhilised rammraua turud on Skandinaavia riigid ning Soome, siis oleme tähelepanu pööranud ka valgustusele. Nimelt saab iga horisontaalse toru külge lisada tänapäevaseid LED tulesid – vastavad avad on juba tehases ette tehtud. Loomulikult saad sobivad tuled otse meie käest osta – vali lihtsalt sobiv välja.

Juba varasematest rammraudadest tuttavad eelised on ka siin kasutusel – lihtne allaklappimise võimalus ning detailide individuaalne vahetamine õnnetuse korral. Loomulikult ei puudu ka nõutav sertifikaat.

Kohe-kohe sama disainiga raud ka Scania XT veokitele.

Since the beginning of Metec, we have manufactured bullbars for trucks – this means over 25 years. It was time for new look and here it is – the “Wing”.

Horizonthal tubes are in 76mm material, except the 60mm tube, where are the lights fitted. But it is possible to add lights also between the tubes – neccessary openings are already there.

As with our other bullbars, in case of accident, possible to change the tubes seperately. Easy to fold the bullbar down if need to climb to window.

As nowadays vehicles are equipped with radars, we have taken this into account and it works nicely with the “Wing”.

We have always had lightholders for grills for Volvo and Scania, but now we have launched “City” product family also for these two Swedes. Previously it was available only for Mercedes-Benz Actros.

“City” lightholder is meant mainly for drivers, whom most important is possibility to fit lights securely and vibration freely.

“City” productfamily is meant for all drivers – does not matter weather you drive forest, construction, or long distance truck. “City” is available in four different configuration – simple bar, with marker lights, with beacons and with integrated LED´s. It is possible to fit to the bar different extralights – from round units to contemporary LED racks – our options can be found HERE.

We have manufactured rear ladders more than two years, therefore it was time for update. All rear ladders for large vans have non drill fitment. This means, if you fit the ladder to brand new van, you do not have to damage it – just clamp the ladder to the van and you are done.

As pickup´s are getting more and more popular in Europe, we have turned our eyes on them. In the past we had “Tour” stepboards, but now have launched “Offroad” stepboard family also.

New steps have been made from 76mm stainless steel to give muscular look to your pickup. Surface finish is traditional Metec high gloss mirror polish. But to give great usability and longevity, we have covered the steps with extra high resistance material.

“Offroad” are available for following vehicles: Toyota Hilux, Mercedes-Benz X-klass, Ford Ranger, Nissan Navara, Mitsubishi L200, Fiat Fullback and Isuzu D-max.
