Performance isn’t limited to the race track.
When MAN Truck & Bus France set out to create a unique truck for its new partnership with the Porsche Carrera Cup France championship, every detail had to reflect the same values that define motorsport: performance, precision, reliability, and attention to detail.
The result is the MAN TGX Race Power – a special edition truck developed through the collaboration of MAN Truck & Bus France, MAN CTT, and our French partner SAS Business Accessory Truck (BAT).
METEC is proud to have contributed to this project with a range of custom accessories developed specifically for the vehicle.
A distinctive identity
The MAN TGX Race Power features a striking motorsport-inspired design influenced by the Porsche competition world. To complement the truck’s unique appearance, METEC developed a dedicated CrossBar solution, alongside custom sidebars and spoiler bars designed specifically for this project.
The objective was clear: create accessories that enhance the truck’s visual presence while maintaining the clean integration and premium quality expected from both MAN and Porsche-associated projects.
Built for more than looks
While the truck’s appearance immediately attracts attention, it also serves an important role behind the scenes.
Throughout the 2026 Porsche Carrera Cup France season, the MAN TGX Race Power supports the championship’s logistics operations, transporting equipment and providing operational support across race events.
For a vehicle that spends thousands of kilometres on the road while representing two performance-focused brands, durability and reliability are essential.
