{"id":12066282,"date":"2023-04-05T17:33:38","date_gmt":"2023-04-05T14:33:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/metec.ee\/?page_id=12066282"},"modified":"2023-05-16T08:26:06","modified_gmt":"2023-05-16T05:26:06","slug":"packaging","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/metec.ee\/en\/self-service\/packaging\/","title":{"rendered":"Packaging"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/metec.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Puittaara-montaazi-demontaazi-ja-tagastuse-juhis-TS210622-V2.pdf\">Assembly, disassembly and return instruction of wooden cradles &amp; pallets<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/metec.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/1.05.2023-Transport-package-pricelist-1.pdf\">1.05.2023 Transport package list<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Circulation arrangement for standard containers (EUR pallets and collars)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The cost of standard packaging used for packaging the goods has been added to the invoice by Tarmetec for a long time, having at the same time undertaken the obligation to buy back the same quantity and the same price from customers at our location (see<strong><em> <a href=\"https:\/\/metec.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/General-Sales-Conditions.pdf\">METEC General Sales Conditions<\/a><\/em> p 6.2<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>METEC is ready to repurchase containers if the following conditions are met:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; The condition of the container allows reuse.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; The minimum quantity requirement is met.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; The container has been dismantled and packaged (stored) according to the instructions (<strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/metec.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Puittaara-montaazi-demontaazi-ja-tagastuse-juhis-TS210622-V2.pdf\">Assembly, disassembly and return instruction of wooden cradles &amp; pallets<\/a><\/em><\/strong>) we have prepared. Please pay attention to send back only the parts that are returnable by instruction!<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; We will only buy back METEC pallets and containers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Container and pallet purchase price will be returned to customer in full amount if customer organizes transport back to METEC. If you need METEC to organize transport for you \u2013 please ask for individual options and price offer from your Sales Manager.<\/p>\n<p>As there is a well-functioning network in the EU for the circulation of such standard containers, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the resale opportunities in your location. It is likely that there is a handler in your vicinity who is willing to offer you a better price for this type of container, as their transport costs are lower.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Circulation of non-standard containers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Using standard packaging for all product packaging and shipping would often mean much higher costs for transporting the goods due to its unsuitable dimensions. That&#8217;s why we&#8217;ve been using three different sizes of wooden crates for a long time, which allows us to pack our goods more compactly and save on transportation costs.<\/p>\n<p>To date, we have not charged you separately for such containers. However, as the prices of wood materials have also grown dizzyingly over the past year, it is economically reasonable to start reusing non-standard wood packaging today. By reusing, we also contribute to the recycling of packaging and thus to a waste-free economy.<\/p>\n<p>For all shipments from 1.05.2023 we will add the cost of non-standard container to the invoice (currently only the quantity of such packaging with a \u201c0\u201d price is shown on the invoice). We also undertake to repurchase non-standard containers under the same conditions as for standard containers (see previous point). Information guide and price list will always be available to see in MyMetec \u2013 Self Service &#8211; Packaging<\/p>\n<p><strong>Buy-back of previously delivered large containers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Should you have a large quantity of large containers delivered by us and you would be interested in reselling them to Tarmetec, please contact your Sales Manager and provide them with information: article numbers, quantity and dimensions of the packaging.
